The YES Teen Science Institute at the High Desert Museum is an opportunity for teens to gain a deeper understanding of science while discovering the behind the scenes details of the Bats: Masters of the Night exhibit.  Teens will be introduced to research with field biologists, perform hands – on experiments, and design their own final project.  Teens can receive School to Career elective credit through Bend La Pine High School. Applications are due by June 14th.

  • June 22, 2009 – July 31, 2009
  • 3 days a week, 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., 6 weeks, 100 hours

  • $650 Fee per student; scholarships available
  • .5 elective credit through the Bend La Pine School District – School to Career Program
